Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at ISLA Clothing. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms below.

 1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

 2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Final sale items

Underwear and swimwear (unless defective)

Gift cards

Personalized or customized merchandise

 3.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

 with your order number.

We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

 4.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you paid for shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase.

 6.⁠ ⁠Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@isla-clothing.com
 with photos and order details. We will cover the return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
